Hahaha benjamin got onto Newpaper, advertising for him lol

Today's training was the toughest T.T

Did all the most tiring drill we've ever done & more.

And the thing is Thomas ZhaoHui Alvin they all happened to be at gym,

then they drop by, and it was quite paiseh hahahahahahah.

At least got to see them again :)
